UPRAWR

Join us for a two hour discussion, delving into some of the many topics surrounding mental health.

We’ll be joined by an amazing cast of band members and music industry leaders as they open up, and talk about some of the issues they’ve had to overcome in relation to their own mental health. As well as discussing how they’ve learned to help and support others experiencing problems with Depression, Anxiety and Addiction to name just a few.

Finishing off the night will be a meet and greet, not only with our speakers, but with other bands and public figures who want to show support, and encourage awareness of the increasingly important topic that is mental health.


OUR MISSION

To open up the discussion about mental health, removing the stigmas and embarrassments that surround the subject, making it easier for the people who would benefit from talking.
